The Type Rating for the Robinson R22 is priced at £345 + VAT per hour for dual training, while the Robinson R44 is £475 + VAT per hour. For those interested in the Bell 206 JetRanger, the cost is £695 + VAT per hour for dual training.

Each trial lesson begins with a 10 to 15-minute preflight briefing in our static simulator, where you’ll learn about the helicopter’s main controls and safety protocols. If the weather doesn’t cooperate on the day of your flight, there’s no need to worry. Safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, so we’ll simply reschedule your flight for another available date that works for you, ensuring that your experience is nothing short of spectacular.

We offer Jet-A1 fuel, the industry standard for turbine-powered helicopters and Avgas, used in small piston engine powered aircraft, our facilities ensure quick, efficient, and safe refuelling for a variety of helicopter models. If you have any specific fuel requirements, our team is on hand to assist.

Yes, PPR is required for all movements. Our normal operational hours are 0900 to 1700 (local) but we are able to cater for refuelling 24 hours a day. Please call 0113 2500588 to book in.
